Save the tweezers for last, since bacteria and any stray debris cling tighter and need a steadier hand and closer zoom to pluck out one by one. Rushing that part usually means missing a spot, and the game isn't shy about pointing that out.

The setup is simple on paper: you're the foot physician on duty in a hospital that apparently sees nothing but foot trouble, one patient at a time, each with their own grimy little problem to solve. There's no larger plot chasing you, no timer screaming in your ear, just a queue of sore feet and a tray of tools waiting to be used. The goal is basic but satisfying, clean the foot completely, treat the rash, clear out the bacteria, and send the patient off happier than when they walked in.

Control Scheme

Everything runs through the mouse, nothing more complicated than that. Click and hold to activate whichever tool you've got selected, then drag across the foot to apply it, sprayer for washing, scrubber for scrubbing, tweezers for the fiddly bacteria-picking work. There's a real rhythm to it once your hand settles in, kind of like a slow, weirdly calming assembly line of grime removal.
